When the Crowdstrike incident occurred last year, cash was king all of a sudden in a world where technology just stopped working and mobile payment temporarily stopped functioning. That’s not the only case where it’s happened, with cars and home technology also seeing older gear that can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced.
