Hisense, Devialet team for 2025 screens and sound

Devialet’s audiophile sound is about to reach more ears, with Hisense TVs set to showcase the brand and its way of working audio.

It’s not just KEF and Nothing getting a team-up this year. Hisense has its own collaboration on the way, too, as it brings the Devialet name home beyond a TV or two.

French sound specialists Devialet have this week been called up to the home theatre big leagues, as Hisense announces what’s coming, and Devialet’s name is on some new gear.

It doesn’t appear to be everything Hisense makes, but some of its TVs, laser projectors, and sound systems will feature as part of a Hisense “Tuned by Devialet” range, which will include Devialet approaches applied to Dolby Atmos hardware, theoretically providing high quality sound for the devices in question.

There are three product lines that we know about initially, including two Mini-LED ULED TVs, the 65 inch U7Q Pro and the 65 inch U8Q, both of which will come with Dolby Atmos audio tuned by Devialet, while Hisense’s L9Q Laser TV (laser projector) will also feature a 6.2.2 spatial sound system tuned by French audio specialists.

And Hisense will also have a dedicated speaker system for people keen on expanding their setup, offering a 4.1.2 spatial audio speaker system with the name Devialet attached, as well as some tuning with it.

Locally, Hisense had already announced the new screens and its collaboration, but had yet to cite it in products beyond the new TVs. Now we have an inkling of what else will get the sound technology, giving us something else to look forward to.
