It was not a great start to the day for Telstra on July 8. What happened, and what could people do to fix their mobile connection when it went down?
Mobile customers across the country mightn’t have had a great morning on the second Wednesday of July, and they may be able to thank Telstra for the privilege.
Earlier that morning (and quite early), the network sputtered, struggled, and stopped connections from going through. Easily the biggest mobile carrier of Australia, Telstra’s services dropped and thousands couldn’t gain access.
So what was going on, and how could people gain access once again?
