Some websites are good, and others less so. But what happens when a government site upgrade fails miserably: how does that happen?

Websites come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, but there’s a clear difference between a good website and a bad one. And one of those differences is whether it works or not.

After an update, a good website can easily become a bad one simply because parts no longer work, and because an audience and set of users hasn’t been catered for.
