Anker adds a small screen to chargers, big speakers to projectors

One of the world’s leaders in chargers has a lot more in store for 2026, as big and little come together for an assortment of Anker’s gear.

CES may be over for another year, but that doesn’t mean we’re through reporting on it. There was a lot of technology to get through, and some of what was announced even managed to surprise. And we’re not just talking about robots doing your laundry.

Take what peripheral maker Anker showed off, with chargers offering surprising new features, projectors with an assortment of better designed speakers, and even a gadget made for mums of bubs to keep their little one content.

In the area Anker is known for — chargers and power packs — the company showed off a neat 45 watt compact charger designed to cover phones, tablets, and even smaller laptops. A MacBook Air, for instance, should be able to get a full charge easy from a 30 watt adaptor, and this one is a 45 watt.

But what surprised about the formula is a screen built into the design, providing charging power and temperature, which may let you know whether your devices are, in fact charging.

That’s cute, but possibly a little unnecessary. Meanwhile, the Anker Nano Power Strip is perhaps more interesting for those of us still working from home, or even looking to improve the office desk.

A combination USB charger and power strip, it’s a 10-in-1 power strip with multiple power and USB ports, covering a 70 watt charger for the laptop, plus a clamp to hold onto desks at the back. The Nano Power Strip looks like a handy way to keep your ports away from the clean sanctity of a minimalist desk surface, and appears to evolve the humble power strip in a way that makes sense for desk-bound workers.

There are other gadgets, such as the 3-in-1 folding Prime Wireless charger for phones with Qi2 onboard, plus a new 13-in-1 docking station for computers, but there are also more interesting and unique gadgets on the way from Anker.

In the Anker security brand Eufy, there’s a new video doorbell in the S4 that includes smart lighting at the top and bottom, plus a 3K video sensor and tracking technology, while the Solar Wall Light Cam (also an S4) includes a detachable 2 watt solar panel and a 10,000 mAh battery to not only record the scene it’s place in front of, but light up a wall with decoration.

It even works with colourful lighting, so you can make it glow orange at Halloween or more festive red and green during the holidays. There’s even a new smart lock on the way, as well.

Eufy also has a new generation of robotic vacuum with a scrubbing technology for mopping, while mums will find something handy in the Bottle Washer S1 Pro, a bottle cleaner that can sterilise, while a portable milk cooler can let you carry milk in a cool container.

There are also new headphones from Soundcore, covering open audio, sleep earbuds, and a new portable speaker with lights and water resistance.

Anker even has an AI pendant for recording your regular day to day in the “Work”, a sort of microphone with a battery that can turn the day’s happenings into AI notes. It’s not quite like the AI friend pendant that’s on the way, but is likely to be one of many wireless AI devices that does this sort of thing.

But we’re particularly intrigued by the Nebula projector brand, which is apparently part of Soundcore now. The new gear from Nebula includes a compact 1080p projector with flip-open speakers in the Nebula P1i, plus a more impressive 4K triple-laser projector with a built-in wireless 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos sound system.

The Nebula X1 Pro is a massive projector system in a box that almost resembles a power station. Inside is the projector, flip-out speakers, and then speakers you can set up around you to create a proper spatial audio surround setup, complete with microphones to assist with an AI system calibration.

There’s even a Nebula X1 Pro bundle with a 200 inch inflatable screen. Or in metric terms Australians can understand, a five metre blow-up screen for use in the backyard, handy for watching big events with friends.

What there isn’t right now is pricing for any of this, with Anker’s people in Australia more or less quiet about pricing or availability. That’s pretty much the norm for most things CES, however, so stay tuned over the coming months.

When you see people wearing pendants like this, they’re probably recording notes for later. This is an AI recorder for work, and is Anker’s variant on the theme.
