When someone leaves a review about something, there’s usually a good reason. Maybe they loved the product or services, or maybe they found it frustrating and wanted to warn others. That’s all fine, but what happens when businesses ask you to leave a review before you’ve even experienced it?
Without necessarily realising it, you have probably been asked to help push the company up in search, or at least improve their changes of getting more work. It can all feel a little Black Mirror, as if Nosedive was a real thing.
