Depending on your phone settings, you may have a relatively new feature activated and it could be helping you stop telemarketers and scammers from getting through your phone. It’s called “call screening”, and it could just be your new best friend, but it also might be frustrating to encounter.

What is it, how does it work, and can you turn it off?
