There’s a big birthday this week as Apple turns 50. You probably know the iPhone and MacBook, but how deep does the history go?

The maker of the iPhone turns 50 this week, and while the iPhone wasn’t around 50 years ago, Apple saw some interesting technology that helped put it on a path to change things.

Walk down memory lane with Pickr’s editor on ABC Canberra, and hear about some facts about Apple you mightn’t be familiar with.

To hear it, check out the April 1 ABC Canberra Drive show with James Findlay, as Pickr’s Leigh Stark dives into some of what Apple has made, including some things you mightn’t realise the maker of the iPhone had a hand in. Tune in from the 1 hour 19 minute mark to hear it all (before ABC takes it down).
